Report an error or request a correction
Have you spotted an inaccuracy – a wrong product name, model, protocol, date or figure – or information you believe is incorrect? Tell us what the problem is and, if possible, include the link to the article concerned. We correct our errors as soon as they are reported and confirmed. You can also use the form at the bottom of each article.

Tell us about it, with a link to the official announcement or the source of the information: we only publish what we can attribute to an identified source. Questions and comments about our articles and sections are welcome too.

Manufacturers, distributors, buying groups, trade bodies, event organizers and their agencies are welcome to send us their press releases and announcements. A press release is a source, not an article: we decide independently whether to cover it, and we write and cite it in our own way. As set out in our editorial charter, there is no paid placement or sponsored content on CustomRetailer.

Response times
We aim to reply to every message within a reasonable time. Requests to correct or rectify information are dealt with first; requests about personal data are answered within 45 days, as required by the CCPA/CPRA. We read every press release we receive but cannot reply to each one individually.
