Summit Access & Security has appointed Gianini Spirache as district manager for its Mid-Atlantic region. The Farmingdale, New York-based company provides security solutions and physical security integration services.
In the new role, Spirache will focus on developing regional teams, strengthening customer relationships and supporting the company’s continued growth. Summit did not announce a start date for the appointment.
From field service to regional leadership
Spirache began his security career as a field technician in the late 1990s before moving through leadership and regional management positions. His background includes electronic security, field service operations and team development, according to Summit.
Before joining the district manager role, Spirache spent eight years as a regional service manager. In that position, he led field service teams and managed relationships with key customers. The experience places his new responsibilities in the context of both technical service delivery and regional team management.
“His career path, from field technician to regional leader, gives him a rare, ground-level understanding of what our customers need and what our employees need to succeed,” said Sean O’Hayre, CEO and president of Summit Access & Security.
Priorities for the Mid-Atlantic region
Spirache said his priorities will include supporting employees, delivering practical solutions for customers, strengthening teams and deepening existing customer relationships. His stated remit covers the people and customer-service functions associated with the company’s regional security operations.

The appointment gives Summit a district manager whose career has included both hands-on field work and management of service teams. The company’s announcement presents that combination as central to Spirache’s responsibilities as he works with employees and customers across the region.
