Xgimi has released a higher-brightness variant of its RS30 Pro projector in China, marketing the unit as the RS30 Pro High Brightness Edition with a rated output of 4,500 CVIA lumens. The company lists the model on JD.com at CN¥7,299 (about US$1,092), positioning it above the standard RS30 Pro in measured light output and ahead of the RS30 Pro Max on brightness alone.
What Xgimi is offering
The High Brightness Edition keeps the RS30 Pro family’s native 4K DLP imaging while increasing the rated CVIA lumen figure by about 1,300 compared with the earlier RS30 Pro, which carried a 3,200 CVIA-lumen rating (reported as 3,600 ISO lumens for the original). Xgimi attributes the higher output to its QuaLas42 laser system, which the company says uses 26 laser chips.
Other published technical details include a 0.47-inch DLP DMD chip producing a native resolution of 3840 x 2160, a variable iris with an aperture range Xgimi describes as between F/2.0 and F/5.0, and a native contrast ratio quoted at 4,000:1. The dynamic contrast is listed at up to 60,000:1, compared with 50,000:1 for the standard RS30 Pro.

Video feature support listed by Xgimi includes Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and a mode called HDR Vivid; the projector is also said to carry IMAX Enhanced certification. Color coverage is cited at 98% of the BT.2020 gamut.
The product brief published in China also gives physical and operational figures: Xgimi lists a chassis dimension and a weight for the unit, and it reports operating noise at 28 dB or lower. The company’s published information attributes autofocus, keystone correction, screen alignment and obstacle avoidance to the Eagle-Eye 5.0 system.
The RS30 Pro High Brightness Edition follows several RS30 family releases earlier in the year: the RS30 Pro, RS30 Pro Max, RS30 Ultra and RS30 Ultra Max. Xgimi’s published specifications show the High Brightness Edition is rated brighter than the RS30 Pro Max’s 4,100 CVIA lumens while retaining many of the platform’s connectivity and smart features.
Installers and dealers evaluating the model for the professional channel should note the manufacturer’s retail listing in China and the published hardware and certification claims as the basis for assessing suitability in installations; Xgimi’s product information is the source for the figures quoted here.
