Samsung Electronics is adding 19 artworks from galleries participating in Art Basel Paris 2026 to its Samsung Art Store platform. The collection is available on Samsung Art TVs in every market where Samsung Art Store 2 is offered, extending the company’s Art Basel collaboration from the fair environment into residential display applications.
The announcement covers works selected ahead of the event at the Grand Palais. Samsung described the additions as an expansion of an existing Art Basel collection rather than a separate service. For dealers and integrators working with Samsung’s art-oriented displays, the update adds new content that can be presented on compatible screens after installation, although Samsung did not publish pricing or a separate charge for the artworks in the announcement.
“What interests me about the Art Basel Paris Collection is how differently artists can transform familiar subjects — through painted color or an entire sculpted world.” — Daria Greene, Global Head of Content & Curation for Samsung Art Store
Two highlighted pieces illustrate the range of the new selection. Elene Shatberashvili’s “Poppies #4” uses a painted treatment of flowers and everyday subject matter, while Hans Op de Beeck’s “The Lounge (black and white)” presents a monochrome sculptural interior. Samsung says the works are intended to retain the distinct qualities of painting and constructed scenes when displayed at home.

Samsung identified The Frame Pro and Samsung OLED S95H1 in the announcement’s examples of displays carrying the collection. It did not provide panel specifications, brightness figures, prices or a timetable for additional models. The company also did not state that the collection is available through a dealer-only program; the published availability is tied to Samsung Art TVs and markets supporting Samsung Art Store 2.
Art Basel Paris Director Karim Crippa said galleries are important to the discovery of artists and their work. Samsung’s distribution arrangement therefore gives the participating galleries’ selections a second presentation context beyond the fair, while keeping the content within the company’s existing art-display ecosystem.

- Featured examples include works by Elene Shatberashvili and Hans Op de Beeck.
Samsung is the Official Art TV of Art Basel, according to the announcement. The latest additions continue that relationship through a content update rather than a new display launch, giving integrators current programming to consider when specifying Samsung Art TVs for residential spaces.
