Ingram Micro reported $15.22 billion in revenue for its third quarter of fiscal 2026, a 20.8% year-over-year increase. The distributor’s results also showed regional growth across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

North America revenue reached $5.8 billion, up 31.5% year over year. Revenue in Europe, the Middle East and Africa totaled $3.9 billion, an increase of 7.3%, while Asia-Pacific revenue rose 22.3% to $4.3 billion. Latin America revenue increased 16.7% to $1.1 billion.

The company’s profitability measures also advanced. Adjusted operating income increased 24.9% to $322 million, and adjusted operating margin rose 7 basis points year over year to 2.12%. Non-GAAP net income increased 24.8% to $210.6 million, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 26.4% to $0.91.

Platform and services remain part of the distribution strategy

Ingram Micro’s results were accompanied by a continued focus on its Xvantage platform, which the company is using to extend automated procurement and other customer workflows. Futurum Research described the platform’s expanding use as evidence of deeper customer engagement, while noting that adoption figures alone do not establish how much additional demand the platform generates.

For channel companies, the platform emphasis places procurement, pricing and demand generation alongside the traditional movement of products through distribution. Futurum Research said Ingram Micro is extending its model into customer workflows, where transaction data can support those activities and contribute to more efficient selling.

“The investments we are making in our platform, data and AI are enabling us to deepen customer engagement, improve productivity and increasingly turn intelligence into action,” said Paul Bay, Ingram Micro’s chief executive officer.

AI infrastructure and cloud broaden the mix

Futurum Research also identified large artificial intelligence infrastructure transactions as another growth path for Ingram Micro. The report said the economics of those transactions depend on low servicing costs and disciplined execution rather than high gross margins. That distinction is relevant to distributors handling larger and more complex technology deployments, where revenue growth does not necessarily translate directly into equivalent margin expansion.

Cloud and services were also identified as areas that broaden partner opportunities. The report connected those activities with Ingram Micro’s effort to turn customer engagement into services demand, rather than relying only on individual product transactions.

  • Revenue: $15.22 billion, up 20.8% year over year
  • Adjusted operating income: $322 million, up 24.9%
  • Non-GAAP diluted EPS: $0.91, up 26.4%

Regional results

RegionQ3 FY 2026 revenueYear-over-year change
North America$5.8 billion31.5% increase
Europe, the Middle East and Africa$3.9 billion7.3% increase
Asia-Pacific$4.3 billion22.3% increase
Latin America$1.1 billion16.7% increase

The quarter indicates that Ingram Micro’s expansion is occurring across both geographic markets and business categories. Higher PC selling prices offset a low-double-digit decline in unit volumes, according to Futurum Research, illustrating why endpoint revenue growth should not be treated as the same measure as growth in deployment volume. The distributor’s reported performance therefore combines regional expansion with a changing mix that includes AI infrastructure, cloud, services and digitally supported procurement.
