Xgimi has announced the Horizon 30 series, a three-model 4K projector lineup that adds 4K/120Hz support across the range. The company is positioning the series above its earlier Horizon models, with the top-end Horizon Ultra Max claiming up to 6,000 lumens and a native contrast ratio of up to 10,000:1.
The Horizon 30 Pro and Horizon 30 Max are scheduled to launch on November 1, with US pricing starting at $2,499. Xgimi has set a later release date for the Horizon Ultra Max: November 11, at $3,499. The extracted announcement also lists UK pricing of £2,099 for the lower-priced models and £2,799 for the Horizon Ultra Max.
Three models, one higher refresh-rate specification
The new lineup consists of the Horizon 30 Pro, Horizon 30 Max and Horizon Ultra Max. Xgimi’s claimed brightness figure for the Ultra Max represents a 5% increase over the Horizon 20 Max, while the company’s stated native contrast figure is seven times higher than the earlier model’s published figure, according to the report.
Support for 4K/120Hz is the principal specification shared by all three projectors. The report describes that capability as uncommon among projectors and says it doubles the refresh rate supported by the Horizon 20 series. No additional brightness, contrast, image-processing or connectivity specifications for the Horizon 30 Pro and Horizon 30 Max were provided in the extracted announcement.

Installation accessories listed
Xgimi also lists accessories for the series, including stands, ceiling mounts and 3D glasses. The inclusion of a ceiling-mount option gives the new models a stated installation path beyond tabletop or lifestyle use, although the announcement does not provide mounting dimensions, mounting hardware details or dealer-channel terms.
- Three-model Horizon 30 lineup

- Stands, ceiling mounts and 3D glasses listed as accessories
The Horizon Ultra Max was demonstrated at a launch event in Munich using clips from several films. The report said a final assessment would depend on comparative testing, rather than treating the event demonstration as a product evaluation.
“Only a refinement or two away from class-leading greatness.”
That assessment was published by What Hi-Fi? in its review of the Xgimi Horizon 20 Max earlier in 2026. The new Horizon 30 series represents Xgimi’s announced response as competitors, including AWOL Vision, have expanded their projector offerings in the same general price range.
